Infinity Dress South Africa is the proud manufacturer of Infinity Dresses in South Africa, please see below for our terms and conditions:

• As each dress is custom made to size and colour full payment is required before we begin on your new Infinity Dress.
• Delivery time is 7 -10 working days in South Africa and 10 -14 days World Wide.
• We accept returns and refund within 7 days of receiving your beautiful new dress. A Handling and courier fee of R169.00 will be charged for any returns in South Africa and R499 for world wide.
• Discount vouchers & Coupons under R300 are valid for order over R750.00 and are not redeemable for cash.
• Discount vouchers & Coupons of R400 are valid for orders over R1899.00 and are not redeemable for cash
• Discount vouchers & Coupons of R500 are valid for order over R2500.00 and are not redeemable for cash.
• Express orders are charged at R199 extra on top of standard courier fees 
• Return & Refund Policy: We are so confident about our gorgeous dresses and know you are going to love it as much as we do! We offer a 7 day return policy from the date you receive your stunning new Infinity Dress. We don’t offer colour swops so please make sure you about your colour and order fabric swatches online if you are ordering particular colours for your Wedding.

• There is a return and refund policy handling fee of R169.00 per dress returned. Once The dress is returned it will be checked for any damages and only if it is perfect order as it left us the refund will be issued. 
• Alterations are done free of charge, the courier cost too and from the workshop is for the customers expense. You may send your order back with your own courier or request us to send a courier at a cost of R178.00 per dress. This will cover the cost of collection and delivery back to you. 
• Refunds are done on the 16th day of each month only. 
• Urgent orders for functions that fall within the 7 day refund policy will not be retunred for any reason as this can be that the dress was worn for the function and retuned after the function which is fraud and not accepted. 

Please note the " 7 days delivery or its free special" is for orders within South Africa only and for orders placed on the Monday 9^th October 2017 until Saturday the 14^th October 2017. Our orders are only processed on payment received, if you have selected EFT or Cash deposit as a payment method your 7 days starting time will be counted from date of payment received, if you have paid with credit card your order will be processed immediately on the date you have ordered as per our company policy. The Special applies to selected colours and selected products stated on the website. The special applies to 7 working days and does not include public holidays, and weekend days. If the courier attempted to deliver to the Client within the 7 days and the Client was not at the provided address to collect we will not be liable for the claim. If the client provided incorrect delivery details we will not be laible for the claim. If you have received your order withn the 7 days and the order is by chance incorrect we will have 7 days to send you your new dress to correct the error without claim.If your order was not delivered in 7 working days please send your claim including your order number, date of payment and banking details to: accounts@infinitydress-southafrica.com and you will receive a refund within 2 working days and you can keep your dress!
